jaeetbuzz Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the jaeetbuzz platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and jaeetbuzz.
Section 1: Introduction and Definitions

Section 3: Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
To open an account on jaeetbuzz you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. jaeetbuzz reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.
Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
For password security, we recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly. jaeetbuzz will never ask for your password by email or chat.
Account Verification (KYC)
jaeetbuzz may at any time request documents (national identity card, passport, etc.) to verify your identity. This is a fully legitimate process and is essential to ensuring a safe gaming environment. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.
Section 4: Financial Transactions and Payments
Deposits
Funds can be deposited on jaeetbuzz via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
- jaeetbuzz does not charge any additional fee on deposits, however the payment gateway's own fees may apply.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jaeetbuzz generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- jaeetbuzz reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed.
- Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions.
- All applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
Account Balance and Currency
jaeetbuzz uses Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds held in an account are safeguarded by jaeetbuzz and are not used in the operation of services. For the specific policy on balances in inactive accounts, please contact our support team.
Section 5: Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
jaeetbuzz offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳28,000.
A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus can be claimed only once per user — claiming a bonus multiple times from the same person, device, IP address or payment method is not permitted.
- If a withdrawal is made without using the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, jaeetbuzz reserves the right to suspend the account.
- jaeetbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- All bonuses have their own expiry date — make sure to use them before they expire.
VIP Program and Cashback
The jaeetbuzz VIP program has four levels, each with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
The process for advancing to a higher VIP level is determined by jaeetbuzz and depends on user activity. Cashback is also treated as a bonus and is subject to applicable wagering terms.
Section 6: Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
- Any kind of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorised software.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to alter game outcomes or code.
- Harassment of or aggressive behaviour towards other users.
Consequences of Violations
If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, jaeetbuzz may take the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
- Forfeiture of earned bonuses and winnings.
- Reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
- Reservation of the right to take legal action.
Section 7: Intellectual Property and Content
jaeetbuzz Ownership
All content on the jaeetbuzz website — logos, graphics, text, software, design and any other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jaeetbuzz. Copying, distributing, modifying or using these for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Game Software and Providers
The games available on the jaeetbuzz platform are developed by various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. The intellectual property of these games belongs entirely to the respective providers and jaeetbuzz acts only as their authorised distributor.
